If you're like me and you walk into a butcher shop and you find a cut of meat that you haven't seen in a long time and really wanted to make, but didn't plan for it. This is one example. So Korean beef ribs. Usually I make a nice marinade, but our K-Town seasoning was made specifically for this purpose.
So all you got to do is put some soy sauce or tamari on there, season it up with our K-Town, let those sit for about a half hour to an hour. Then what you're gonna do is you're gonna fire up your gas grill as hot as possible, or charcoal grill, whatever you got, but make it super hot. Check this out at K-Town seasonings gonna give you that nice sweet heat you're looking for. It's got gochukaru in there, ginger, garlic and honey. Everything you need for a classic Korean style vibe. Cut those ribs up with some shears and enjoy.
