It's easy to prepare and can be served warm or at room temperature, making it a versatile choice for any gathering. Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 (5 ounce) bottle of Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese
  • 1 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag of Tostitos Scoops or chips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • Sprinkle some Hotrod Honey rub
  • 3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth

Instructions:

Preparing the Chicken:

  1. Sprinkle chicken breasts with Hotrod Honey Rub - Pro Tip: Let the rub sit on the chicken for a bit so the flavors blend into the chicken.
  2. In a large skillet with a lid, preferably non-stick, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and brown for 4 minutes.
  3. Flip over and brown for another 4 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken broth, reduce to medium-low, put the lid on the skillet, and allow to simmer for 5-8 minutes. Note: Chicken should register 160-165 degrees (it will continue to cook when removed from heat).
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and allow it to rest for 3 minutes.
  6. Shred the chicken. We recommend putting the chicken in a bowl and using a motorized hand mixer. It is an easy way to shred the chicken into different sized pieces.

Cooking the Dip:

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, Ranch or blue-cheese dressing, and shredded cheese. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or HIGH for 1 to 2 hours, until hot and bubbly.

Serve with Tostitos chips and enjoy your delicious Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip! This dip is sure to be a hit at any party and will leave your guests asking for the recipe.
